This policy explains what we collect for the Phantom beta and why. We do not sell personal data.
1. Data we process
Account email, display name, authentication and approval status, session cookies required to stay signed in, uploaded creative files you choose to submit, and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
2. Why we process it
To create and protect accounts, send verification and approval email, deliver the creative tools you request, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
3. Where processing happens
Phantom runs on owner-controlled cloud infrastructure. Browser clients never receive provider credentials or unrestricted storage keys.
4. Retention
We keep account and job records while you participate in the beta and for a limited period afterwards for security and audit. You may request deletion of beta account data by contacting us.
